The following terms apply to your purchase of Premium Subscriptions and other paid Services not identified on this page, in addition to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy:
Cancelling Premium Services
If you cancel your Premium subscription and return to a free Basic account, you’ll still retain your profile, connections, and other data. However, you’ll be limited to Premium features like the number of educational qualifications, honors and awards received, major accomplishment, Leadership Experience, social service and volunteering experiences.
To cancel your Premium subscription:
- Click the Profile icon at the top of your MyLeaders homepage.
- Select Premium subscription settings from the dropdown.
- Under the Manage Premium account on the right rail, click Cancel subscription.
- Click Continue to cancel.
More information about canceling your Premium subscription:
- To avoid getting charged for the next billing period, you need to cancel at least one day before the billing date.
- Cancelation will end billing and remove your access to any Premium features at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Access to all additional information will be lost at the end of your billing cycle and can’t be credited back.
- If you were on a plan, promotion, or price that is no longer offered, you won’t be able to re-purchase that same plan or with the promotional price.
- You’ll only be able to delete your payment method at the end of your current billing cycle.
